Shipping: How much will it cost?
We offer multiple solutions for your shipping needs, so the best way to find out your pricing is to create your account, pop an item in your basket and then see the pricing offered.
Please note we offer a flat shipping fee for all items when you spend between £50.00-£100.00, of £5.00. (Please note this offer is within the UK main post code areas only*)

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our UK shipping for orders under 2kg
Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier and you will be provided with tracking information upon the item being shipped.

We aim to process all of our orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after midday, will be processed on the following working day. If you place an order after Midday on a Friday, you can expect it to be shipped on the following Monday, for delivery on your chosen service.
Sorry but we are unable to ship to addresses in Afghanistan, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, Russia, South Africa, Syria, Zimbabwe and Swaziland at this time.
Thank you for shopping with Chimera Leisure Limited. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then here’s what you need to do so we can help.
Step one: You have 14 full calendar days from the date you receive your goods to advise us that you wish to cancel and return the order to us.
Step two: You then have 14 calendar days to return the item to us from the date you notified us that you wish to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Step three: Please return all items with their original packaging.
Step four: Please return the item with the original receipt/proof of purchase.
Step five: We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, and we will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 days (depending on your card issuers policies).
Unwanted items: These can be returned for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Exemptions: Perishable items such as single issue comics and magazines cannot be returned. Gift cards and any downloadable products are also exempt.

We ask that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an unwanted item. If the items delivered were damaged or incorrect, Chimera Leisure Limited will pay the shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item purchased in-store, please return the item to your local store within 30 days with your sales receipt. We may not be able to accept returns without a valid receipt. Your refund or exchange will be processed immediately by a member of our team.
